- How do I place an order?
You may order on-line or by phone. To order on-line simply add the desired items to the shopping cart and fill out information on the check out page. To place an order by phone, please call 1-863-499-0153.
- Order Fulfillment !
You will receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days after your payment is credited to our account. Parresol Jewelers cannot always guarantee availability of products as they are individually hand crafted. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify via email. Standard orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and the expected date of delivery. We will not charge your credit card for items that are not available.
- How do we ship?
We ship all packages UPS(we do not ship to PO boxes).
- Do you collect sales tax?
We collect sales tax when shipping address is in one of the following states. State Rate FL 7 %ALL ORDERS BILLED TO A FL ADDRESS WILL BE TAXED 7 %.
- What are availbale payment methods?
Parresol Jewelers currently accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER on our secure site and over the phone.We are currently looking into accepting PAYPAL. We also accept money orders and checks; however, checks take 7-10 days to clear, and we must receive your payment before the order will ship. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. - How do I exchange something?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However Gold and Platinum Jewelry is individually hand crafted and you must contact us before you return an item. Packages will not be accepted without an authorization code issued by us and clearly labeled on the package. If an item does not meet your expectations,you must call us immediately and make arrangements to return it within 2 days of when you received it in unworn and perfect condition. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We promptly credit your credit card on receipt and inspection of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation.
